Director of Pediatric GI Motility and Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome 

Dr. Kovacic is Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Pediatric GI Motility and Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome programs at the Medical College of Wisconsin, USA. Her research is focused on investigating brain-gut disorders by characterization of children with functional nausea and studying the effects of non-invasive neuromodulation therapy for brain-gut disorders. She received the 2017 NASPGHAN Balistreri Prize for Excellence in Research, the2018 International Foundation for Functional GI Disorders Pediatric Scientist award and the 2019 NASPGHAN Neurogastroenterology & Motility Abstract Award.
