John E. Pandolfino, MD, MSCI, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. Dr. Pandolfino completed all of his medical training and gastroenterology fellowship at Northwestern University, USA and is currently the Director of the Esophageal Function lab at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He is funded by the NIH to study esophageal motor diseases and has a particular interest in biomechanics of bolus transport in the esophagus.
